Nestled in the center of charming Hvar town, on a picturesque alley in the old town with a garden area also for a more intimate dining experience.
Black Pepper is a friends-owned and run restaurant which has been set on the map if you are seeking to try local dishes with a touch of contemporary cuisine, professional and friendly service.
We love to travel to see and try new things, so we wanted to connect the world with our little magical island, and we found a way, by matching our food with peppers from all around the corners of the world.
We work with local fishermen and farmers to have the top-quality ingredients. Our menu is based on traditional dishes (Mediterranean cuisine) with a modern touch we also think of our friends vegetarians to have the best meal possible.
Our selection of wines is done by sommeliers to have the best Croatian wines and from last year we offer our own wine Black Pepper rose to refresh you in the summer nights.
We also have a selection of signature cocktails for a good beginning of what our goal is an experience.

The food was amazing! And the service is beyond my comprehension.
Mr. Rajendra, the restaurant manager is very polite and hospitable in nature! Another staff was Mr. Amit who was very polite and helpful throughout!
I will surely recommend everyone to try the Rara Chicken and Butter Naan!
They also give complimentary Kulfi which was very tasty!

Their Tandoori Aalu is a must try. Haven't eaten anything like it before. Such amazing taste plus it comes on a sizzling plate which adds to the charm. Have also tried their kadhai paneer which was authentic.

I am visiting from Australia and this is so far the best restaurant I have been to in Dehradun! Great hospitality, extremely polite staff members and management. Its very rare to find such a humbling experience with good food, ambiance and vibe.

I visited the restaurant after reading the Google user reviews. Let me tell you that although service and atmosphere is good,but the quality of food is just average. Moreover the prices are on the higher side. If the taste of the food is good ,then I do not mind paying more money, but taste is just average.

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Dehradun. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, whenever I visit India (Dehradun) I can’t think of any other restaurant, Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Dehradun.

It is a nice welcoming fine dining restaurant with great range of Indian cuisine. Being a vegetarian can only comment on veg dishes. Taste was excellent though slightly spicy for our palate. I am sure the chef would have catered to our taste if we had asked for. Great service, Make you feel really welcome. Was slightly busy when we were there. Prices slightly on expensive side. The restaurant can do some platter deals which will be greater value. It is in a very crowded part of the city. Finding parking was challenging. Overall a great experience.

Out of a desire to indulge in some delicious non-vegetarian North Indian cuisine, I spontaneously chose a restaurant that ended up providing an extraordinary dining experience. To kick off the meal, I opted for the delectable Paneer Tikka as a starter, followed by the delightful Handi Chicken served alongside Tandoori Roti and Laccha Paratha, all of which were incredibly lip-smacking. The attentive host consistently checked in on the customers to ensure everything was to their satisfaction. Additionally, the restaurant featured a bar on another floor, making it a highly recommended spot for a fulfilling and enjoyable time

Black pepper is quite a landmark in Dehradun for food lovers. This places serves really great North indian food.
This resturant has seens love and continuous support from Bollywood celebrities, famous legends. While walking in the restaurant you will find the images of such great legends who have visited and loved food from black pepper.
As an absolute waoo this place has high standard of customer service. The staff was really humble, our server Prakash was one such amazing gentle man. He served us, took care of us and made sure we had a good dining experience.
Seems like the place has been pretty much the same since decades. The food is good we tried paneer tikka, garlic naan and paneer lababdar, all were really great and mouthsmaking .
They celebrate birthdays with a lot of fun with clona and all.
I think this is a must stop, looks like time has stopped here since few years.

Nice peaceful place to eat with family and friends. Good vibe and good food. Service and staff members are decent. If you wanna have a good time I would recommend you to visit Black Pepper.
