Probably one of the best steaks that I've tried. Wagyu steaks were amazing and every dish was delicious. If you like wines, you need to try malvazija Omo. Only a few restaurants in Croatia have this amazing Istrian wine.

Nice restaurant. For fine dining experience our table booked months in advance could have been ready when we arrived, not left standing at entrance blocked bybhostess who couldn't seem to identify our booking, and glasses placed on table void of dishwasher marks. Food was good, extensive wine list.

My food was lovely, however my partners food was overcooked and she was laughed at and rudely spoken to when she complained• We also waited 40 minutes to get our drinks, 50 minutes for the starter, and we'd been there over 90 minutes by the time we got our main course. The restaurant was not busy and we arrived at around 9pm so most had already been served. Absolutely shocking evening for the price we paid for the food and we noticed another table who we spoke to that also had a similar experience with the wait time. Staff uninterested and rude and we have both worked in hospitality and know what it's like but this was awful. Go and find another neighbouring restaurant if you want standard service.

I cannot recommend enough this restaurant for an exquisite food and restaurant with a romantic sunset view. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Tuna steak, local sea bass, pasta and lamb cheeks were amazing. We reserved this restaurant to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We had a great time with friends there and having the sunset made it so memorable and mesmerizing. Our friends coordinated with the restaurant and the restaurant surprised us with the dessert and sparkler candles and they generously treated us on the house for the dessert.

Had a family birthday dinner there. Food and atmosphere were great! Can’t beat the location; terrace view right on the ocean and they accommodated my request for a great table and birthday candle for dessert. Only complaint was the really slow service. Took an hour and 20 minutes to receive our entrees (appetizers arrived half hour after ordering), which seemed really long even for slow dining. We had fish, chicken, salad and beef cheeks. It really shouldn’t have been that slow, which was a little frustrating. Otherwise, all else was great.

Had an amazing evening here, best T-Bone steak I’ve ever had! Arancini were delicious! Service and wine selection from the waiter (Martin) was excellent. Views were superb and they were very helpful with all of our needs (table of 8 with children!)

One of the best restaurants I've visited.. Beautiful view of the sea, boats and the atmosphere is even better if you happen to be there at sunset.. The wine list is amazing.. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and at the level.. A must-see place if you find yourself there in Hvar.. Recommended to everyone!

I recently dined at Don Quijote and I was blown away by the quality of food. I ate a beefsteak and the dish was cooked perfectly, bursting with flavor.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by server Mario. From the moment we sat down he was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He recommended the perfect wine pairing and gave several recommendations about other places to visit on Hvar.

Perfect experience. Starting from appetizers, cold meat platters to premium rib-eye steak. Special thanks to the waiter Mario for the perfect presentation of the wine and the fantastic pairing with the main course. I will definitely be back.

Lovely restaurant recommended by the concierge at our hotel and it didn't disappoint.
At the end of the pier with an enviable view out to the Pakleni Islands, it is perfect at sunset.
We had the octopus skewers, which were beautifully cooked, followed by the fish of the day - sea bream simply grilled with vegetables and truffle mash, expertly prepared by our waiter Mario.
A lovely bottle of Stina Vugava completed the meal.
Altogether an excellent night .

From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, and we’re escorted up the beautiful cobblestone stairway by our cute hostess, we knew it was going to be a great night. Tatiana made sure of that.
Her suggestions for dinner were on point, and her personality and precious smile made the evening even more special. I would highly recommend this restaurant and getting acquainted with Tatiana.

This has been one of the nicest, if not the nicest dinner we've had in Croatia. From the atmosphere (incredible views), to the food to the service. Everything was amazing. Tatijana was super helpful with everything as well, especially with wine recommendations! The tuna ragu was the BEST tuna pasta style dish that I've ever eaten. Seafood was fresh and delicious. Each of our dishes were somewhere between 20-45 euro, so not cheap but definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning on the next visit to Hvar.

The view from our table was incredible and our server and the hostess were great. Our server helped us and made great recommendations and made for a great experience. The one thing I will say was that we picked out a 60$ bottle of wine and the sommelier came over to let us know that it was actually a 94$ bottle of wine and that the menu was wrong and just quickly said “is this still good?” as she was presenting it. I didn’t really love that and then she came back to show us some similar wines in the same price range and still showed us bottles 15-30$ more expensive than the one we originally picked. Then, when we went to order our food it said that the ribeye steak was 18$ for 100g but we were told that those cuts are actually sold out and they only have 500g cuts which would also be a different price. It kind of felt like prices were changing on the fly which made me really weary. I also ordered an arugula cherry salad which consisted solely of arugula and cherry tomatoes( no dressing) which I guess is exactly what it said but was pretty underwhelming. But overall, our server was exceptional and the view was great so we still had a good time despite our hesitancy with the unclear prices.

Wow what an unexpected dinner! We arrived at Don Quijote and it was not as busy as central Hvar so we were a little concerned. However, this was the best dinner experience we had so far! The food was absolutely amazing (thank you to the chef)....we had a variety of dishes and every one exceeded expectations. Additionally, Mario our server was top notch attending to every detail. Definitely on our list to go to again as it was 100% worth what you paid for!

After a fantastic thunderstorm we made it to our reservation just in time. Gorgeous views and the food is outstanding!! The Burrata was so good and the truffle mashed potatoes is a must. You can share but just small enough for 1 person if you are hungry. The beefsteak was charred outside amazing seasoning and SO good. Excellent wine and cocktails and the cookie dessert was (chef's kiss) 👄

I was with my girlfriend and it was magical touch for our anniversary. Staff was top notch, attention for every detail, food was more than perfect. Thanks for all, especially manager Ante. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy live music with glass of wine.

It was a wonderful evening, we were a party of six from a small cruise ship moored in Hvar overnight.
The ambiance, attention to detail and views are extraordinary. The menu offers many dishes, some local and Mediterranean. The wine was the best we had sampled in Croatia.
The Lobster homemade ravioli ( starter) and the beef cheeks ( main)
