Park Restaurant offers a complete fine dining experience, rated among the best in Hvar. The chef Marinko Visković displays a masterful understanding of food, producing well balanced, innovative dishes, presented with flair and precision. The restaurant serves traditional Dalmatian and also International cuisine, expertly prepared and served in a modern & elegant way. Meals are prepared from high quality ingredients, with an emphasis on seasonal products. The wine list includes the very best Croatian bottles, along with wines from France, Italy, USA etc.
Restaurant Park has enough areas and the right ambiance to suit everyone and all types of dinners – from romantic couples to large parties, family gathering, cocktail party’s, business groups etc. It is a sophisticated yet still relaxed restaurant, but has an air of the special occasion about it. A wonderful location, elegant service and large tables, make Park ideal for special group occasions.
Refined terrace can fit up to 100 guests, and indoor restaurant up to 50 guests.

Beautiful restaurant with all the lighting and flowers/plants. Nestled quietly off the main square.
The plating of the food was gorgeous but my swordfish was relatively bland. Liked the 2 olive oils with balsamic vinegar they gave with free bread.

Very nice, cozy and loving restaurant. The staff is very friendly and our waiter (Nebojsa) tried very hard to advise us and recommend the best. We can only recommend the food, whether meat or fish. We were very happy to have found such a restaurant with such a beautiful atmosphere. Price-performance ratio is right for this quality.

Ingenious! We ate there several times during our tour and the staff was always top notch. They recognized us and gave us a drink on the house, which is certainly commendable.

From the best day to the worst day.
We had our wedding ceremony and dinner at park restaurant. First of all the best part was the food: though a lot went wrong the day most of the food was delicious and the service staff were really nice. The portion sizes were too big, especially for the kids. We had a 4 meal course which had many delays, therefore we had too little time to party, because on midnight the music needs to be cut (this was mentioned before). Other than that, there is nothing more nice to say about the day than it is a nice location. The so called “manager” Nadja can’t communicate, is the rudest person you can imagine, threatened us on the day we wanted to get married to cancel all because we didn’t want to pay 400€ extra for their fairy lights, which was one of the main points we wanted to celebrate at the restaurant, which was never mentioned before. We had a contract which is just absurd, nothing specific and they insisted that it’s clear and normal to pay for everything extra. It’s just absurd how the people behaved (and I work as a psychologist with psychotic, traumatised, forensic people, addicts and mental disordered people for business. I know what I am talking about). Nadja in her rage yelled at us, disrespected us and locked us in the restaurant. We informed her of her crime that she deprived our liberty and mustn’t act like it. Furthermore she pushed my husband who only talked to her and wanted to calm her down, because she clearly had a break down. She fake called the police and a colleague filmed us but deleted the video afterwards, because it had shown her actions of crime. I really wished the police would’ve shown. The reason for her impulsive action was that we wanted a bill with all listed prices for the different packages we booked and not just a receipt and transfer the money by bank. Previously we asked several times if this is ok via e-mail, because she didn’t want to talk on the phone or zoom etc. but never got an answer. The previous communication via mail was horrible either. Most of the time she didn’t answer several question but answered something else. Her answer was: get a wedding planner, as if this person could be able the communicate to her. We had a close friend with us and she yelled and disrespected him as well, which was a really unpleasant environment to be in. We agreed on several things via email and paid so much more than we got. Our guests were turned away from the bar whilst cocktail hour because the chief of staff told the service our guest couldn’t get drinks, this was more than half an hour in the arranged time, which we have in writing. The tables did not have the appetisers ready and the bread came first and after the starters the dips for the bread came in. Some of the staff broke stuff from us and the reaction was “oops”. There are so many more things I could write down, but all in all I wouldn’t recommend going to this place ever. One of our guests is a lawyer and he suggested a lawsuit and reporting Nadja to the police. I guess Karma will get her soon.
To the service staff: I am really sorry you had to experience this behaviour. Again. Several staff members said that this is an hostile workplace. I just hope you find a better job soon or this so called “manager” with no people and communication skills gets fired soon. For your sake, you shouldn’t work with someone this toxic or you’ll get sick too.

We had our welcome party here for our wedding and it was amazing! Our guests raved about the food and drinks, and the set up was great. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and the terrace where we had our party had a beautiful view of the square.

Had a great experience at Restaurant Park. The atmosphere is quite lovely and cozy. You can hear the live music from their bar downstairs which adds a lot to their vibe. The food was delicious and fresh. We tried the fish platter for two which was delicious and filling. I particularly liked the sea bass and the grilled calamari on this plate. We also tried their truffle beefsteak which was quite good- tasty, good meat, nicely cooked. The highlight of the visit though must have been our waiter, Ognjen. He did a truly outstanding job. He was friendly, kind, and great with his recommendations. He worked close with his colleagues from the bar to find us a wine to our tasting. Truly outstanding service. The hostess at the front also met us with a friendly attitude.

Lovely location, nice menu. Steak was good but left to rest too long as arrived nearly cold. Vegetables were too hard, cauliflower especially!
Crispy john dory was disappointing as it felt like it had just been taken from the freezer, not fresh fish.
Cold mint, cucumber soup was gorgeous- so refreshing! Tempura prawns were epic!!
Cocktails were lovely too.

A wonderful experience
We reserved a place for two, in the garden with a view, for dinner.
The service is phenomenal.
We tried the tuna and squid steak, the food arrived very quickly, it was fresh and delicious.
They also have a very good selection of wines, and we also tried dessert-ice cream with syrup similar to melon.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, the ambiance, the position, everything.
The prices are higher, but it's really worth it.

This place is so incredibly beautiful, especially at night with the lights. Our dinner, service and drinks were all exceptional. Loved it and would highly recommend. My fav area is a the courtyard, it’s absolutely magical.

An exceptional restaurant experience! We dined in a beautiful alley with an enchanting setting, which added a special touch to our evening. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring, which made our meal even more memorable. The food was simply delicious, each dish was an explosion of flavors. So we had a dinner for two. The restaurant is located in the center of the Hvar town with a view to the main square and the harbour. Although the woman that was standing at the entrance to get you in was not so friendly, the rest of the evening at the Park restaurant was fabulous:)) Service excellent; food, meat and ingredients fresh and qualitative, and the atmosphere just perfect. I had a beafsteak which was soft as a butter and my guy had lamb chops. For dessert we ordered snickers cake and glutenfree choco cake. If you like a bit stronger wine I would def. suggest to go with Tomic Plavac barrique. Buon apetit!:)

We had a wonderful experience at Restaurant Hvar Park. Bruno, our waiter, made the experience extra special with great recommendations and excellent conversation. The atmosphere can't be beat as we sat on centuries old limestone steps under bursting blooms of bougainvillea's. I would highly recommend visiting on your next trip to this magical island.

we had dinner in the restaurant yesterday, I ate tuna steak , my friend beef medallions, kudos to the chef and the service staff for the very nice wine recommendation (we drank local wine - Bogdanusa)

We came at 8 pm and the place was completely empty. Despite that, the food took over 2 hours to come. They even had the nerve to tell us “sorry, we’re a little busy”. When the food finally arrived, it was terrible. Fish was over cooked, some food was cold. The wait staff was extremely rude. This was one of my worst dining experiences in recent memory. Do not go here.

The atmosphere was gorgeous and romantic, the service excellent as well. I ordered one plate of risotto black inchfish as started and one grilled tuna, everything delicious! I recommend it ;-)

The restaurant environment was pleasant, especially sitting on the terrace. The food was tasteless. We got the lamb rack. They were greasy. My husband got the ravioli, and it wasn't very good either. The waitress we had did not provide good service. We sat around after she picked up our plates for 20 mins waiting on her to come back, but she only came back to give us the check because my husband had to get her attention. She was not friendly whatsoever.
